How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your variant, and click "Place order." You will receive our bank account details to complete payment via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS. Once payment is confirmed, your order is dispatched.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes. For orders above Rs. 25,000 or recurring monthly orders, email mahesh@sieco.in for special pricing.

Are these products genuine and under warranty?

Yes. We are authorised distributors of Lincoln Electric, Kobelco, Abicor Binzel, Thermacut, and Specco. All products carry full manufacturer warranty.

What is your delivery time?

2–5 working days for Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. Same-day dispatch for orders before 3 PM IST.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days for damaged or incorrectly shipped items. Consumables (opened) cannot be returned.

How do I track my order?

Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email once dispatched.

Do you ship pan-India?

Yes. We ship to all major cities and industrial areas across India.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer via NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS. No online payment gateway — you transfer directly to our bank account and share the receipt to confirm your order.
