Abicor - ABIBLUE Emulsion 20Ltr Pack

Abicor Binzel ABIBLUE (often designated as ABIBLUE NF) is a premium, ready-to-use anti-spatter emulsion designed to prevent hot welding spatter from fusing to the surfaces of workpieces. Applied to the metal substrate before welding or cutting begins, it significantly reduces production costs by eliminating the need for post-weld grinding and manual scraping.

Visual Verification: The bright blue pigment provides instant visual feedback, showing the welder exactly where the workpiece has been successfully coated.

Zero Arc Interference: The dye disappears cleanly during the welding process without causing any porosity, cracking, or arc instability in the weld pool.

ABIBLUE NF does away with welding spatter adhesions on the workpiece in a particularly effective way and thus saves time and money. It contains a blue colour indicator that shows the welder immediately whether the workpiece is covered with a separating agent – naturally without influencing the welding process.
