An Abicor Binzel AUT torch neck (swan neck) is a heavy-duty, machine-mounted component engineered specifically for hard automation and mechanized welding setups. Unlike manual torch necks that feature contoured hand grips and finger triggers, AUT necks are housed in smooth, rigid cylindrical tubes designed to clamp easily into welding tractors, carriages, gantry systems, or linear welding fixtures.

Designed to stay completely fixed during long, continuous structural welds to prevent distortion and ensure a repeatable Tool Center Point.

Available in both air-cooled and highly robust liquid/water-cooled configurations. Water-cooled variations (like the AUT 501D) route internal coolant lines directly through the brass construction to maximize spatter resistance and heat dispersion.
