The Abicor Binzel RB 610 D is an ultra-heavy-duty, liquid-cooled manual MIG/MAG welding torch engineered for high-amperage industrial fabrication. While sharing the heavy wire capabilities of its air-cooled sibling (the RB 61 GD), the liquid-cooled design allows the RB 610 D to operate continuously at extreme power outputs without overheating.

Advanced Liquid Cooling: Employs a dual-circuit cooling system to dissipate heat directly from the gas nozzle and contact tip holder. This design drastically extends the service life of consumable parts.
Industrial Ergonomics: Equipped with a standard robust two-component industrial handle (with optional pistol-grip configurations available) and a ball-joint cable assembly to minimize worker fatigue.
Extreme Heat Resilience: The continuous coolant flow keeps the torch head incredibly cool, preventing handle heat-up even during prolonged multi-pass welding on thick base metals.
Heavy-Duty Connexions: Typically paired with a specialized heavy central connector (such as the RWZ-2) to securely manage both high welding current and water coolant lines.

The torch is primarily utilized for the most demanding, high-heat welding tasks including thick-plate structural steel fabrication, heavy machinery assembly, sugarcane mill roller hardfacing, and deep-penetration shipyard welding.
