StarBlaze ARC 220 DC MMA Welding Machine

StarBlaze ARC 220 DC MMA Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a new-generation, compact single-phase inverter stick welding power source. It steps up the output current range to 220 Amps, providing the necessary thermal power to burn heavier industrial welding rods continuously all day.

The StarBlaze ARC 220 bridges the gap between ultra-portable tools and heavy-duty fabrication equipment, packing a higher power threshold into a highly mobile 3.7 kg chassis. It integrates Riland's custom RICHIP control microchip and high-grade Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) architecture to deliver a smooth, directionally stable DC welding arc.

A primary advantage of the ARC 220 is its factory-installed output reactor. This specialized component dampens current spikes, allowing operators to run both acidic and basic electrodes (such as E6013 and low-hydrogen E7018) seamlessly. Driven by an intelligent Microcontroller Unit (MCU), the system features a bright digital LED interface, a built-in anti-stick mechanism to safeguard components when rods fuse to workpieces, and multi-stage protection circuits that guard against line voltage drops and thermal overloading.
