StarBlaze ARC 270D DC MMA Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a highly versatile, professional-grade inverter-based stick welding machine. It stands out in the lineup by offering dual-voltage input capability (220V / 415V), enabling operators to run it on both standard single-phase and industrial two-phase power lines.

The StarBlaze ARC 270D is engineered for heavy-duty fabrication, structural engineering, on-site maintenance, and all-weather commercial contract work. Despite its high industrial capacity, it maintains great portability with a compact 5.5 kg chassis layout, allowing it to be carried to rooftops or remote worksites effortlessly.

The system utilizes Riland's custom RICHIP microchip control and high-frequency IGBT inverter architecture to output a stable, high-penetration DC arc. Designed with a professional dual-knob control panel, operators can independently fine-tune the standard welding current alongside an Arc Force adjustment dial to eliminate electrode sticking in deep joints. An integrated physical output reactor ensures smooth electrical smoothing, making the machine compatible with acidic, basic low-hydrogen, and cellulosic structural electrodes.

For safety, it features an always-on automatic anti-stick mechanism, comprehensive over-voltage/current protections, and an adjustable Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) switch that lowers the open-circuit voltage to a safe 17 VDC when idling.
