StarBlaze ARC 400 DC MMA Welding Machine

StarBlaze ARC 400 DC MMA Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial inverter-based stick welding machine. Operating on a three-phase power supply, it is engineered to deliver stable thermal power for continuous, all-day intensive welding in demanding environments.

The StarBlaze ARC 400 is purpose-built for heavy industrial sectors like shipyards, large-scale fabrication units, foundries, and structural steel manufacturing. Unlike the lighter dual-voltage and single-phase models in the lineup, this machine is designed to run exclusively on a three-phase 415V power supply to provide the high thermal performance required for industrial fabrication. It integrates advanced Insulated Gate Bipolar Tangent (IGBT) inverter technology to maximize energy efficiency while keeping the internal electrical components remarkably stable.

The machine features a dual-dial control panel paired with a clear digital meter display, allowing operators to precisely preset and monitor welding parameters in real time. To ensure smooth arc striking and mitigate electrode freezing in deep joints, the machine features adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force controls. For harsh job sites, it utilizes an upgraded Dust-Free Cooling System that isolates vital electronics from dirty intake air, boosting the operational duty cycle.

Safety is managed via an integrated Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) to lower open-circuit idling hazards, alongside automatic protection against over-voltage, over-current, and thermal overloading.
