StarBlaze ARC 400HD DC MMA Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade inverter-based stick welding machine. Operating on three-phase power, this "Heavy Duty" (HD) variant is optimized to handle intensive, all-day manufacturing and structural steel applications.

The StarBlaze ARC 400HD is purpose-built as an economical yet highly dependable solution for demanding industrial sites like shipyards, foundries, and large fabrication plants. It features a three-phase power design equipped with high-efficiency Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) inverter technology, delivering precise arc characteristics while significantly reducing energy consumption compared to traditional transformer welders.

A core engineering advantage of the 400HD model is its Dust-Free Cooling System. This configuration routes dirty intake air entirely away from the multi-layered control boards, protecting sensitive components from airborne metallic dust and drastically upgrading the machine's reliable duty cycle on gritty shop floors. The front interface features a digital display meter for real-time parameter tracking alongside dedicated, adjustable dials for Hot Start and Arc Force to guarantee clean arc striking and prevent rod sticking.

For enhanced operator safety, the machine includes an integrated Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) to drop dangerous open-circuit voltage during idling, paired with automatic safety trips for thermal or voltage overloads.
