StarBlaze MIG 135E

StarBlaze MIG 135E (co-developed with Riland) is an ultra-compact, multi-process gasless flux-core MIG and MMA/Stick welding inverter. Weighing only 3.1 kg, it is specifically engineered for automotive sheet metal repair, DIY metalwork, and highly mobile field maintenance.

The StarBlaze MIG 135E stands out by offering a hassle-free, gasless flux-core MIG configuration. Because it uses self-shielding wire, operators do not need to carry heavy shielding gas cylinders (like CO2 or Argon), making it highly portable for outdoor site repairs where wind would otherwise blow gas away.

The system integrates Riland's custom RICHIP microchip and advanced IGBT inverter technology to keep the welding arc smooth, even through tight metal joints. Designed for true plug-and-play ease, it features fully Synergic Control. When you turn the single control knob to set your desired current, the machine automatically calculates and sets the matching voltage and wire feed speed for you.

It also includes Automatic Wire Diameter Detection to immediately adapt parameters for 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, or 1.0 mm wires. For added utility, a built-in Wire Inching function safely feeds new wire rolls through the torch line when holding the trigger for 3 seconds under no-load conditions.
