StarBlaze MIG 500 MIG Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is the premier flagship, high-capacity industrial multi-process inverter welding system in the StarBlaze lineup. Delivering a true industrial output range up to 500 Amps, it is built with an external split wire feeder console and optimized for heavy-load, continuous production lines.

The StarBlaze MIG 500 is engineered for the most intensive industrial fabrication settings, including shipbuilding, heavy equipment manufacturing, structural steel plants, pressure vessel production, and large infrastructure projects. Operating strictly via a three-phase 415V power supply, it runs on high-frequency Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module inverter technology to couple high power delivery with notable workshop energy savings.

Architecturally, the MIG 500 utilizes a separate heavy-duty wire feeder assembly. This configuration isolates the heavy main inverter power source (~30 kg) and lets the operator carry only the lightweight spool housing and torch up staging towers, into tanks, or across vast warehouse floors. The system features a multi-knob layout including an electronic choke / adjustable inductance dial. This grants precise arc control, enabling a soft arc to mitigate spatter or a stiff arc to guarantee deep root fusion on extra-thick, multi-pass steel bevel joints.

Outfitted with dual digital parameter tracking meters, 2T/4T trigger latching logic, and crater-fill current/voltage variables, it provides high-yield compliance with technical welding codes.
