StarBlaze MIG 316L (classified under AWS A5.9 as ER316L) is a premium, extra-low carbon, molybdenum-bearing solid stainless steel MIG welding wire. It is specifically engineered for welding or surfacing austenitic stainless steel alloys of similar chemical composition.

Pitting Protection: A ~3% molybdenum chemistry provides superior resistance against pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride-heavy or acidic environments.
Ferrite Balance: The ferrite level is carefully controlled between 5% and 10% to deliver excellent crack resistance and weld toughness.
High-Temperature Performance: The deposited weld metal features exceptional creep strength and remains stable at temperatures up to 850°C.
