StarBlaze MIG 316LSi is a premium, extra-low carbon solid stainless steel MIG welding wire featuring an elevated silicon content. Classified under AWS A5.9 as ER316LSi, this wire is the industry standard for high-speed automated and manual welding of molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steels where superior puddle fluidity and bead aesthetics are required.

Silicon-Enhanced Fluidity: The high silicon content (~0.65–1.00%) significantly increases weld pool fluidity. This results in superb wash-in at the weld toes, flat bead profiles, and minimal post-weld grinding.
Intergranular Corrosion Resistance: The extra-low carbon content (? 0.03%) prevents chromium carbide precipitation at the grain boundaries, preserving maximum corrosion resistance in the heat-affected zone.
