StarBlaze CUT 100 Air Plasma Cutting Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial inverter-based plasma cutter. Operating on three-phase industrial power, this machine outputs up to 100 Amps of cutting power to cleanly slice through thick metal plates.

The StarBlaze CUT 100 is purpose-built for intensive metal processing in shipyards, steel erection projects, profile cutting shops, heavy fabrication yards, and foundries. It utilizes an advanced, high-efficiency Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) inverter architecture that ensures a highly stable, concentrated cutting arc while drawing significantly less energy than traditional transformer-based cutting systems.

The machine features a clean, operator-focused front control panel with a digital display ammeter and a physical, built-in compressed air pressure meter. It handles demanding tasks with flexible 2T/4T trigger latching logic, which reduces operator hand fatigue during long, continuous structural cuts. Equipped with an advanced High-Frequency (HF) arc ignition system, it provides non-touch pilot arc striking to easily scale over rusted, painted, or uneven metal sheets.

For multi-shift operation, it features an adjustable post-flow gas cooling dial to preserve torch consumables, along with an auto-protection network that immediately trips the machine during overheating, phase loss, or low air pressure drops.
