StarBlaze TIG 250 DC TIG Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a professional-grade, industrial-class inverter-based DC TIG and Stick (MMA) welding system. Operating on a three-phase power line, it is engineered to deliver highly precise arc control for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper alloys.

The StarBlaze TIG 250 is built for demanding production environments like pipe fabrication shops, commercial sheet metal units, petrochemical maintenance, and high-purity structural welding. Running on an industrial three-phase 415V power supply, it incorporates advanced Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) inverter technology to ensure stable current delivery while minimizing workshop energy draw.

The machine features a dual-process layout, providing premium DC TIG (GTAW) alongside an all-day Stick (MMA) welding mode. For precision root passes and thin-gauge sheet metal fabrication, the TIG circuit utilizes a High-Frequency (HF) arc ignition system, allowing for non-contact arc striking that completely eliminates tungsten contamination in the weld pool.

The control interface includes an adjustable post-flow gas dial to protect the weld puddle and torch consumables from oxidizing during cooling, along with flexible 2T/4T trigger latching logic to reduce hand fatigue on long piping seams. It features dual digital LED tracking meters and a rugged, industrial chassis with reinforced corner protection.
