StarBlaze TIG 250P AC/DC TIG Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a high-performance, professional-grade inverter-based AC/DC TIG and Stick (MMA) welder. It is uniquely engineered to provide advanced arc pulse settings and alternating current (AC) wave outputs required for clean, precision aluminum fabrication.

The StarBlaze TIG 250P AC/DC serves as a versatile tool for auto manufacturing, pipeline fabrication, pressure vessels, aerospace repairs, and custom aluminum architectural work. It features 100 kHz high-frequency MOSFET inverter technology, providing quick arc dynamics and precise parameter control.

The system's core capability is its Dual AC/DC process window.
In DC mode, it delivers a deeply concentrated arc for welding stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper alloys.
Switching to AC mode provides the electrode-positive cleaning cycle necessary to strip away the stubborn oxide layer found on aluminum and magnesium alloys before fusing the underlying metal.

It includes a fully adjustable Pulse Frequency interface that minimizes heat input, preventing distortion or burn-through on thin sheet metals. For clean, touchless arc starting, it is equipped with a High-Frequency (HF) arc ignition system that safeguards the weld puddle from tungsten inclusion.
