StarBlaze TIG 400 Welding Machine With Torch

StarBlaze TIG 400 Welding Machine (co-developed with Riland) is a high-capacity, heavy-duty industrial inverter-based DC TIG and Stick (MMA) welding system. Operating on three-phase industrial power, this machine outputs up to 400 Amps of current and is sold complete with a heavy-duty argon TIG torch.

The StarBlaze TIG 400 is purpose-built for high-volume, precision manufacturing in heavy pipe fabrication yards, petrochemical processing facilities, shipyards, and structural steel plants. Running on a three-phase 415V power supply, it leverages advanced Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) inverter technology to maintain excellent arc stability on thick materials while significantly lowering factory electricity draw.

The machine features a dual-process layout that transitions from high-penetration DC TIG (GTAW) to intensive, all-day Stick (MMA) welding. For critical root passes and thin-gauge alloy assemblies, the TIG circuit uses a High-Frequency (HF) arc ignition system, providing non-touch starting that keeps tungsten inclusions out of the weld puddle.

The layout includes an adjustable down-slope current dial to prevent crater cracks at the end of a weld seam, alongside an adjustable post-flow gas dial to cool the torch and protect the weld from oxidation. With flexible 2T/4T trigger latching logic and dual digital LED parameter tracking meters, it ensures high compliance with demanding industrial welding procedures.
