Starblaze TIG Wire ER630L

STARBLAZE TIG 630 is a premium, precipitation-hardening stainless steel TIG welding rod formulated to join high-strength alloys like 17-4 PH steel.
Complying strictly with the international AWS A5.9 ER630 specification, this solid wire deposits a martensitic chemistry modified with niobium.
This metallurgical configuration allows the weld deposit to mirror the mechanical properties of the base metal, responding directly to post-weld precipitation hardening (age hardening) treatments to achieve immense structural strength and wear resistance.

Chemical Profile: Enriched with a specialized composition of 16.0% to 16.75% Chromium (Cr), 4.5% Nickel (Ni), and 3.25% Copper (Cu).
Niobium Stabilization: Modified with a controlled fraction of Niobium (Nb) or Columbium (Cb) to facilitate sub-microscopic precipitate formations during aging cycles.
Mechanical Capability: Capable of generating up to three times the yield and tensile strength of conventional austenitic grades (like 304 or 316) following appropriate heat treat scheduling.
