Thermacut Extrafire 100SD 8m CNC Package

Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 100SD 8m CNC Package is an industrial-class, high-capacity mechanized air plasma cutting system. This specific configuration swaps manual setups for a rigid, straight machine torch and an integrated automation port to link directly with CNC cutting tables.

The EX-TRAFIRE 100SD CNC configuration is engineered for automated serial fabrication, high-output profile cutting shops, and heavy manufacturing. It outputs up to 100 Amps of cutting power and features a continuous-run 100% duty cycle at 80A, allowing it to handle long automated nest files across thick plates without needing a cooldown period.

The package includes an 8-metre FHT-EX®105TT mechanized machine torch designed with a perfectly round, straight barrel that clamps securely into electronic torch height control (THC) units. To synchronize with the gantry, the rear panel of the power supply features a factory-routed CNC Interface port. This connection streams vital tracking signals—such as start/stop commands, arc transfer validation (OK-to-move), and divided arc voltage—directly back to the CNC controller panel.
