Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 100SD 8m Hand Cutting Package is a high-performance, industrial-grade air plasma cutting system configured for manual operations. This package pairs a robust 100-Amp power source with an ergonomically optimized 8-metre hand torch for versatile, mobile cutting tasks.

The EX-TRAFIRE 100SD Hand Cutting Package is engineered for heavy fabrication shops, demolition yards, scrap processors, and field maintenance teams where structural steel and thick plates are handled manually. The system delivers up to 100 Amps of cutting power and features a continuous-run 100% duty cycle at 80A, ensuring that it can maintain long, continuous industrial cuts without needing frequent cooldown periods.

The system includes the FHT-EX®105TTH hand torch, featuring a lightweight handle layout and a flexible 8-metre cable lead that minimizes operator hand fatigue during vertical or overhead positions. It connects to the power source via Thermacut’s proprietary Torch Connection System (TCS), which allows for rapid, tool-less torch swaps.
