Thermacut Extrafire 105HD 8m CNC Package

Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 105HD 8m CNC Package converts the heavy-duty power source into a fully automated, mechanized system ready for integration with CNC plasma tables. This package swaps out the manual hand torch for a rigid machine torch and adds dedicated communication ports.

The 105HD CNC Package is designed for automated serial fabrication, steel manufacturing, and high-speed profile cutting. By shifting to a mechanized configuration, the system fully utilizes its 100% duty cycle at 105 Amps, allowing it to run continuously on automated paths without pausing to cool down.

The package includes an 8-metre FHT-EX105TTM machine torch engineered with a perfectly straight, rigid barrel that securely clamps into standard CNC torch height control (THC) lifters. To coordinate with the CNC gantry, the power source is equipped with a rear-panel CNC Interface (or optional CAN BUS interface). This port feeds vital signals to the table's controller, including arc start (OK-to-move), plasma start trigger, and divided arc voltage for automatic height tracking.
