Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 125HD CNC Package is the ultimate high-capacity automated plasma cutting solution in the Thermacut lineup. It merges a massive 125-Amp, 100% duty cycle power source with a straight machine torch and integrated signal ports for seamless connection to industrial CNC cutting tables.

The 125HD CNC Package is purpose-built for heavy-duty, continuous-run automated production environment like steel fabrication centers, shipyards, and heavy equipment manufacturing. Because it achieves a 100% duty cycle at its maximum 125A output, it can track long, complex automated nests across thick plates for hours without stopping to cool down.

This package replaces the handheld torch with a rigid, cylindrical 15-metre FHT-EX125TTM machine torch that mounts securely to standard automated torch lifters and electronic height control units. To guide the automation process, the power source features an integrated rear CNC interface (with optional CAN BUS support) that delivers precision feedback—such as divided arc voltage, arc transfer (OK-to-move), and remote start-stop commands—to the table controller. Backed by Automatic Smart Settings, it automatically monitors and modulates optimal gas flow and pilot parameters dynamically.
