Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 125HD 8m Hand Cutting Package is the flagship portable system in the heavy-duty HD line. It steps up the amperage to a massive 125 Amps to tackle thick metal plates, while keeping the high-mobility and manual handling of an 8-metre FHT-EX125TTH hand torch.

The EX-TRAFIRE 125HD Hand Cutting Package is engineered for heavy fabrication shops, demolition yards, shipyards, and field repairs where structural steel and thick plates are processed manually. Its core engineering feature is a true 100% industrial duty cycle at its full 125 Amp output, eliminating the need for operational cooldown delays.

The unit features a modern 4-inch digital LCD screen that hosts Automatic Smart Settings. When the operator chooses a mode, the internal processor automatically optimizes gas pressure, pilot current, and electrical parameters while actively compensating for factory airline drops. The handheld layout uses Thermacut’s proprietary Torch Connection System (TCS), pairing the power source with an ergonomically optimized, highly flexible 8m lead to minimize operator hand fatigue during vertical or overhead positions. This system runs standard cutting, automatic grid/perforated cutting, heavy gouging, and metal surface marking.
